Had to get these items from the front desk: toilet paper!!! drinking cups, coffee cups, (no creamer, sugar etc) ice bucket, NO HAIR CONDITIONER!! empty!!! LOVED the 2nd floor room w/ balcony. Breakfast was ~ok, at 9:45 no eggs, couple of pieces of sausage -- but at least it was warm breakfast options. COFFEE WAS GOOD

Our reservation was over July 4th weekend. Apparently, they overbooked their king rooms, so we were notified one day before we arrived that they changed our room. When we arrived there wasn't a manager on-site to speak with, the woman at the desk did not have any answers for us, which I get it, it was not her fault. As she was checking us in, we were then told our room that was assigned to us was not clean. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and there was a line of people waiting to check in. The fire alarm kept going off and she had to stop numerous times with our check in to shut it off. This was just an all around bad experience this trip. We had stayed here once before and had a good experience. Very disappointed with this stay.

The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were all very helpful. We stayed for three nights and the hotel policy of only cleaning the room every three days was annoying. We had to ask for clean towels and go to the front desk for items like toilet paper and tissue that would normally be stocked by cleaning staff. Also, we had to go to the breakfast room to replace the plastic cups for drinking water that would normally be changed daily. The breakfast was decent and appreciated.

It was perfect for an overnight stay we had to leave at4:30 am so we missed out on breakfast. The room was clean,quiet, and after adjusting the thermostat to the perfect temperature very comfortable.

The front desk employee was very helpful. Our room was clean well maintained. We did not have hand soap. The kind, helpful, happy gentleman Ed (that was all by himself ) in the restaurant a great employee. There were some rude customers around that morning. He just put up with it and continued his work happily! We would definitely stay here again.
