"Wonderful experience all around "

"My stay was horrible. My room was canceled before arriving and I was not contacted about anything. I found out upon check in. The reason was they overbooked (not my problem) and I chose the pay at property option. The front desk lady was amazing. She was so helpful even under the stressful situation. The manager on the other hand was horrible. He was sending messages through her, but never speaking with customers himself nor was he at the location and he was the one randomly canceling rooms. There were only 2 big and 2 small towels in room that sleeps 4. We had to buy our own towels. It stated they had the option for us to purchase pots and pans but that was not true. In order to use the stove, we had to buy from store as well. The room smelled stale, shower head had a crack in it and water sprayed everywhere. Overall the worst experience I've EVER had with a hotel. "

"Front staff was great, Vee was very friendly and welcoming. Room was great. Our only issie was on Sat afternoon when our key card wouldnt work. Took some ti.e for the issue to be resolved by maintenance"

"We stayed in this hotel for seven days in April 2026 and we had a wonderful time visiting with family. The room was excellent and the staff was so friendly all the time and the breakfast was excellent. We had enough of a selection that we didn’t get bored with breakfast. We could have biscuits and gravy one day and waffle or yogurt the next day, danish, etc. and also the pool and the hot tub were amazing in the evenings we used it every night. I sure do miss it now that I am back at home. Wonderful place to stay. "
