"The place works for a night stay when in transit through Barajas. Now, the amenities claimed to improve stays are not friendly. For example, the hotel claims to have a shuttle to the airport, which sounds convenient, but you need to be at the door 45 minutes earlier to receive a ticket. If I want to leave at 6 am and need to be downstairs at 5:45 am I am better off taking a taxi instead, which is what I ended up doing. So, the shuttle service sounds magnificent, but doesn't work in practice.
The hotel was OK, but they are aiming for this "Alice in Wonderland" theme that is poorly achieved, with the final result just looking tacky and cheap. The hotel restaurant serves burger... I am traveling from the US, burgers is the last thing I am looking for in Spain. The local food excels! No need to try to reinvent the wheel here."
