"Staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early and they had 1 of our 3 rooms available without any extra cost. That room was remodel and looked great, the other 2 rooms were not recently remodel but where big and in great condition. The Hotel was just a short walk from La Gran Vía and the Palacio Real. We easily walk central Madrid from it. Free water and coffee was available near the lobby. Front lobby staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. "
