"The floors were so dirty my toddlers feet were black after walking around for a short amount of time. The bathroom shower was dirty. For the money it was quite unkept and not worth the money."

"Reserved a standard room. We feel confident we received the Expedia Special . One of the partially updated rooms , view of roof and AC was loud. We were there for one night so didn’t complain but if we were there longer we would have needed to be moved . The resort itself was exactly what it advertised and amenities were excellent. We would recommend and would stay there again."

"It was our first time staying there but we had a great time! Super fun and clean place and the kids loved it! Only downside is how pricey the food and extra stuff was. For example, one cheese pizza was $20 and it was definitely not for more than 2 people. The beach chairs and umbrellas were pricey too as a separate company rents them out. We paid $55 a day for 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, yikes! Kids wanted mini golf and even that was rented by the same company that rents out the chairs jet skis etc. I am only writing this because I got a suite room which was pricey on its own and was not expecting all of the crazy priced extras!! Overall, staff was super friendly and the hotel is clean."

"The overall stay was okay. The 4th floor smelled of burnt marijuana and at some times even fecal matter when you stepped out of the elevator. So that was a negative. We also had someone knock and dash last night at almost midnight down the entire floor, causing people to wake up and open their doors. All staff besides the first night auditor I encountered were wonderful. So that’s a positive. Breakfast was lackluster and needing at least added condiments, like hot sauce. Fruits were gone quickly and not restocked."
