I had a fantastic time. Our suite was clean and the amenities were great. The hotel Smells incredible. Most of all the staff were very kind and helpful. Great location and hotel. Expensive but in a great place. Room layout was a bit different but offered some additional space compared to others. Most rooms had a pool or ocean view. Unfortunately we had palm trees blocking our ocean view from our balcony. Get a room in the middle overlooking the pool and also be sure to go to the pool earlier as they lock it up in the evenings. That is my recommendation.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And the room was clean amd comfortable. Breakfast was great, but the restaurant itself didnt really have any poolside/beach food.

Loved how spacious the rooms are, and how close the pool and ocean are. Easy access to all. Only critic is they need to get better mattresses for the pull out couch but staff immediately brought us mattress toppers to help a bit. They need to work on removing that $40 a day fee for amenities, that's just way too much!

The room was absolutely incredible, the resort-style amenities were great despite not using anything except the coffee and fresh fruit breakfast downstairs (we don't eat the typical "SAD"-foods but people seemed to enjoy the plethora of options), so the resort fee felt excessive in our case but it's part of the deal w/ Florida and resorts. The staff were all very helpful and not pushy with upcharging.

The room was spotless and the staff excellent. The hot water in one is the bathrooms was cooler than the other. People save spaces around the pool but we quickly were able to find seating by asking pool staff. Also they do run out of waters on day one.
