Disappointing experience
We paid just under $500 for one night in a queen studio. We got there late evening with the plan to have dinner and drinks onsight. Online hours showed we had over an hour before closing, but they told us they were closed. We went back to our room and called to see if room service was an option. They indicated we should be able to order with the restaurant for takeout and transferred us. The restaurant answered and said they were closed. It seemed there was a wedding the same night as other areas of the property were busy, but the service was disappointing. The hotel is not near other restaurants either. We went to order coffee downstairs the next morning and it was poorly made and received after waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Our hotel booking supposedly came with a champagne welcome which we never saw. Our $50 resort fee in addition to the room cost left much to be desired overall. Not a great option if you're looking for morning or evening service. Hopefully they're better for the people enjoying pool service midday.

Property was very nice and clean, the staff was courteous and the check-in process was smooth. We stayed in a room that was right above the air and heat compressor and the room noise was very loud. I spoke to the front desk, but there was little to be done.
