"The room is clean and nice. Ours is on the fourth floor facing the santa justa elevator...very nice. The hotel is located at a convenient place with easy access to Rossio and Baixa-Chiado metro stations as well as Rossio train station. There are so many nice restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Re. facilities, there was no kettle in the room so we asked for one so that we could make tea ourselves. There were 4 coffee pods provided for the entire stay as they were not replenished after consumption. The same applied to the bottle water. The hotel could well be more generated on these fronts. Members of staff at the reception were polite and helpful. Shame that the lobby of the hotel is so small. Did not have breakfast in the hotel and so could not comment on this."

"Convenient location. Not right in the tourist area, but you can walk there. A lot of restaurants, reasonably priced and a variety, right around the hotel. Clean hotel, well maintained, not fancy, but everything is comfortable, including the bed. "

"Very centrally located and room was very spacious and clean. However, there was a strong smell of sewage coming through the vents each night. I had to open the windows, as it was quite unbearable. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired - options were limited and not great. "

"Hotel in general was fine, however we got a room with dirty bed sheets that weren’t replaced it seems, there was hair all over the bed. First time in my 30 years of travelling. Checkin staff was bland like a block of ice.. we didn’t feel welcomed, rather business as usual for the staff. Architect needs to be sacked, the design of rooms is pure fetishism, the toilet seat and the shower are literally in the room with a glass pod like round door that slides to close, not suitable for kids or families.. the hotel is geared towards romantic escapades only, plus the hair in your bed if you like it. Would not recommend it."

"I was here for business and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was very cold and the outside area being surrounded by tall buildings meant the sun disappeared quickly early in the evening. Apart from that it was a very lovely stay. "
