"Tired but great location and helpful staff"

"The property was a 3. the room decor was a 2. The sheets and what they call a blanket was a .5 star. The shuttle service to the airport and cruise port were 4 star."

"Nice clean room, nice staff. Arrived on Sunday and only one of three elevators worked. Was that way for the whole week. I think it’s ridiculous that charge you for self parking the same as valet. Other than that would return. "

"After a two hour flight I was just ready to get to our room to change but upon arrival our room wasn’t ready, already upsetting that check in wasn’t till four pm which I feel is ridiculous, but we had to wait two hours for them to get our room ready. The complementary breakfast was toast, oatmeal, and muffins you had to buy the other options that they had that was tasteless. The location was perfect on the beach, the bar inside the hotel was great, the room was the best part, although we couldn’t get our tv to work we didn’t need it."

"Hyatt accommodated us as early arrivers with a sick family member and immediately put us in a room, for which we were thankful. However, although the room was sufficient for a short time, it did smell heavily of marijuana and upon reporting this to the front desk we were immediately moved to a lovely room on the 6th floor. Staff was pleasant, professional and understanding. Pool area was clean, but many chairs were in need of replacement. Restaurant was commendable for cleanliness and light fair, but there are limited beverages offered and no alcohol served. Overall, our travel party was very pleased with this particular Hyatt and would stay there again."

"Had a beautiful ocean view from my balcony. Room was clean and exceptional. Wonderful pool that can be enjoyed by all guest young and old. Had games for the kids. The hotel staff friendly and helpful. Evenings were quiet and peaceful. Great experience. "
