"Our stay was great. The room was quiet, there were plenty of dining options and we could stay on property the entire time minimizing dealing with Orlando traffic. My only wish is that they had additional assistance during check in - we waited over 20 minutes just to check in."

"Checking in the staff was unapproachable unfriendly and not courteous at all got to my room was dirty food still on the floor. The toilet looked like it had been used by. Someone had to go to extremes of contacting the CEO of the company to get a resolution resolved, the staff used to be friendly, but the mail manager at the front desk was not maybe I was too dark a complexion for him to be friendly too you know what I mean."
