Last minute cancelled my room without notice AND didn’t refund me. Was forced to buy a last min hotel in downtown Miami. Terrible communication and stopped taking my phone call

I booked for two adults and was told there was only room for 1 as my uber pulled up from the airport. Tried to message and call the property owner multiple times before my stay about how to check in and didnt get a reply until expedia themselves called. I ended up having to emergency book another stay while at the airport and never even saw the property. Owner was underatanding and offered a refund. If you book here make sure to contact well in advance.

Propriedade com aspecto de pouca segurança, sem retorno de mensagens por parte do responsável. O quarto era compartilhado, eu sabia, mas não tive condições de ficar com minha família pois eram mulheres para ficar num quarto com um homem. Ficamos inseguras, e a anfitriã não permitiu alteração (por falta de opção talvez). Tive que mudar de acomodação de emergência. Não tivemos reembolso, mas era a regra. Azar o nosso. Mas não recomendo.
