Although the location was a bit far from the station, we walked there with our luggage. The room was very clean, the basic kitchen facilities were very good, and the staff at the information desk were friendly.

Amazing location and very comfortable!

Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy.

It was a great place to stay! Only a 20 minute walk to the Papal tour (a wonderful experience) and right across from the Papal village. The room had everything we needed including bike storage, kitchen and well thought out extras. The grocery store was a two minute walk. There was an abundance of restaurants in the Papal Village.

Location location location!

Right outside the city wall, with a free electric bus to take you into town, and a supermarket in the same building. People were very nice, super helpful. Breakfast was also good. The place needs a few repairs, but the staff were helpful in trying to fix, and if unsuccessful gave us new rooms. Parking (paid) on site also a convenience if making this a base for day trips, as we did. A few funky rules such as take out your trash and wash your own dishes before checkout, but we were fine with that.

I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value.

Room was clean and great for solo traveller. The location is a little far from city center, but is definitely walkable to city center and the train station. Location is quiet and safe, and there’s a grocery store right beside the building so very convenient. The shower was a bit small and nowhere to put the shower gel, so it was a bit difficult to place my things. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception is limited hours, but I didn’t find that to be a problem. Overall I would recommend!

Very satisfactory apart'hotel

Our apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-situated. A slight problem we had was finding the parking lot for our rented car. We did not realize that there were two lots and we did not find the loading zone during check-in. But everything worked out given a little extra time and a bit of patience. The staff all spoke English, which helped us a lot. The restaurants were within a 20-minute walk away. All in all, this apart'hotel was a great stay.
