"We really enjoyed the stay that was truly a calming one. It was exactly as per the pictures, clean and with a great view from our room! Staff were also friendly and kind, despite a slight language barrier as we did not speak much korean. There are cafes and eateries in walking distance too. "Cassia Hotel provided the highest level of satisfaction in every aspect, including its location and service. However, the long wait time during check-in was an issue, and when I booked through Hotels.com with a breakfast-included package, the handling of leftover breakfast coupons was inadequate. I hope these issues can be addressed in the future."
