The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!

The best beach is the one at the Dome Beach hotel, really! It is sandy beach, and the water is clean and warm! I liked it a lot! In addition, the hotel offers a nice food, and a big variety of dishes, including 3 a-la-cart restaurants.

Hotel has got a old dirty room. Food was cold and boring. Definitely what you would not expect from a 4 star hotel. I feel like we were ripped off and far too much euros to spend at a hotel like that. WON‘T BE BACK

The food was terrible, they wouldn't let you book the restaurants on the day had to be day before and Sundays they are closed. Charge to use sunbeds at weekends. Reception man was rude. Room definitely needed upgraded, for a 4 star I would give it a one was the worst place I've ever stayed, luckily I live in Cyprus as this would put u off as a holiday maker

The facilities were great and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only negative thing was the restaurants time tables was a bit confusing ie. the external restaurants didn’t operate for lunch but only dinner and it was not published anywhere.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Hotel were saying the right things, in terms of Covid-19 preventative measures (e.g. the wearing of mask in lobby and buffet) - but there was no enforcement of either staff or guests. Grounds are looking a little unkept, presumably because of staff reductions due to Covid. Otherwise, the beach location is lovely.

Hello, Few observations: Good Points: 1)Hotel is at the beach where less numbers of people were there compared to other beaches , so this was good. 2)Room cleanliness was well maintained ,every day it was cleaned by the housekeeping . 3)Reception staffs were friendly and helpful. 4)Price which i paid was worth for my stay.I used only room and Breakfast service) breakfast was good too,everything was there for a normal person to expect in the the morning to eat :) 5)Sitting space in Lobby is enormous and maintained well. 6)Enormous parking space available. Something to Learn/Modify : 1)Normally Water bottles are provided as a complimentary item , but here it was not there and considering the Summer weather it was required. 2)WiFi in the room was ok, through which you can just connect Whatsapp and small applications but cannot rely to work on big applications (worst case scenario if you want to connect for WORK ,you may have internet speed issue). 3)When we book the rooms on HOTEL.com , it was mentioned Hotel has private beach and YES there was a private beach...BUT...weird part was on WEEKDAY umbrella and benches are free of cost to use but for SAT and SUN its chargeable (5 Euros per person). 4)Even if its mentioned private beach,I observed there were people who were not part of the HOTEL guest but they were still occupying the space at the beach. Overall for the price what i paid it was good to stay. Note : Travelers can contact me if they need more information

Friendly staff, good food, nice hotel but in need of updating, excellent location, gorgeous beach. Saturday and Sunday sun beads available if you are willing to pay (even for hotel guest), beach towels can be changed every 3 days and you have to paid deposit of 10 euros, better housekeeping can go long way.

This hotel is very beautiful hotel. Spaceous and as its a wedding venue it makes it look very beautiful. I liked my room. Quiet overall. The beach is very beautiful, although when you get in the water is very stony.

The hotel is nice but not new. Breakfast buffet was great. However, it is unfortunate that the staff makes you feel like a second rate guest if you are not paying for All Inclusive (AI). 1. Sun beds by the beach are extra unless you’re an AI?? but free on week days , 2. Safe in the room is extra??unless you’re AI, 3. WiFi is extra unless you’re AI. Luckily there is free WiFi in the reception area. My daughter and I used the sun beds next to the hotel that were cheaper and were on the better part of the beach.

Charging for lounger on hotel beach told only those who were all inclusive could use as hotel guests. Lot of rubbish on beach. Top of fridge in room had a layer of dust and door of fridge covered with dirty marks. Found long hair stuck to side of bath. Rooms cleaned but no bag put into toilet bin or tea bags etc restocked. No air conditioning in lobby. Disappointed as expected better for prices paid.

Had problems to change beach towels, it is possible to do only from 10am to 1pm ... not suitable. Gym opening hours is not good from 10am until 6pm .. time to spend on the beach. Five nights out of seven what I stayed there where wedding party.. laud , impossible to have rest in day time and difficult to sleep at night....

We won't be going back... we had a horrible time
On arrival at the hotel, the staff weren't sure whether we had paid, despite having a payment confirmation on my phone. We get to the room and find a snail on one of our cups! The staff had clearly made an effort with towel features on the bed, but the rose petals that they had sprinkled over the towel features had bird poo on them (which then went on our bed)... bird poo is everywhere at the hotel. The outdoor furniture clearly doesn't get washed often and ruined clothing from bird poo getting transferred. Cleaning standards in the rooms are poor. The soft chairs and stool were marked and the vanity unit wasn't cleaned for the duration of our stay. We found long black hair in the shower (not belonging to either of us) and the bin the bathroom hadn't been emptied before we arrived. We ate dinner in the hotel once during our stay because the food was so poor. Breakfast was ok but you can't get a decent cup of coffee in the hotel. We had to take it in turns to leave the table as waiting staff cleared everything (including our personal belongings) if we both left the table. There are plenty of sun loungers, but the cushions for the loungers and beach beds on the beach are disgusting - smelly from all the sweaty bodies over time. The hotel is tired - parts of the venue are really old and in desperate need of rennovation. Even the more recently rennovated areas are looking tired and dirty. For the money we paid we expected more. Shoul dhave stayed at the Amerthyst.

Top beach area!
Our stay at the Dome Hotel was great. The highlight for me was the picturesque beach area the hotel has, which they have arranged very nicely with super-comfortable sun beds, palm leaf umbrellas and a bar/cafe right on the beach. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. The double beds were very spacious, although one criticism would be that the pillows were quite large and a bit broken up, you know like when you've put pillows in the washing machine on a high spin and the stuffing starts coming apart, so I found it quite hard to get to sleep, but I'm a light sleeper, so I'm probably fussier than most on this front. The food in the main restaurant was ok, but for something better try one of the 3 other restaurants. We tried the Japanese restaurant one night which was great. There's a large selection of cocktails available at all the hotel's bars as well which was a nice surprise. The pool is not heated, but when we went at the beginning of May it was the ideal temperature for a nice refreshing swim. Also, there's a separate kids pool in another corner of the resort, which keeps the main pool area ermm... nice and quiet 😂

Went for a wedding and had an amazing time but this was due to the bride and groom not the hotel. This hotel is meant to be 4* however needs a good refurbishment. Bathroom suite outdated with cracked tiles and stained bath. Room ok but not special. I would have been disappointed if I had booked for a holiday. If you couldn't get into one of the restaurants at night the buffet was not brilliant. Also paying for beds on the beach at the weekend is ridiculous. Feels like they are always trying to get money out of you.

First of all for all of those thinking of getting married there, there is a huge marina being built across the sea from the wedding tents which means that there are Hyde dredgers and chimney s which spoil the view. We attended our nephews wedding in nissi beach hotel which was amazing and recommended for you happy couple s. Apart from that, there is not a lot to be critical of at some beach, food good, staff brilliant, a great beach just at the side. It's just that we paid for a side sea view and got a ground floor pool view in a room which need s updating. The brochure sells the hotel as luxurious, but to us it wasn't that but a good 3/4 star. July 2017.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were great and facilities are very good for both adults and for kids. Our little one enjoyed the pool and the kids disco at nights. If the rooms were a little finer then this would be a 4.5 star hotel.

Good hotel but you can see some areas that need a little touching up, like the carpet in the hallways....possibly just change to tile for cleanliness. The room was clean and tidy and the food was very good, in particular the barbecue night. The staff were very helpful especially as o was with my pregnant wife who needed a little extra help here and there. Staff were happy to help. All in all a good holiday and quiet setting of that's what you want. If not, 5 min drive will take you to nissi beach for some heavy partying!

Das Hotel ha keine 4 Sterne verdient, höchstens 3. Es ist sehr schmutzig, stinkt und vieles ist kaputt. Das Essen ist immer gleich und schmeckt nicht so toll. Auch wenig Auswahl. Live Cooking gab es überhaupt nicht, obwohl es überall steht, auch in der Broschüre, die man beim Check In erhält. Tresor und Badetücher Depotgebühren. Das wird einem beim Check in nicht gesagt, man merkt es erst, wenn man den Safe brauchen möchte. Wir haben am zweiten Tag das Zimmer gewechselt, da die Balkontür kaputt war, im neuen Zimmer dann aber auch wieder. Den gleichen Safeschlüssel konnten wir für beide Tresor nutzen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr unfreundlich, auch wenn mans nicht versteht, merkt man dass sie lästern. Das Personal sonst ist nett.
