We had an amazing stay at Impiana Resort Patong. The location was perfect—right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, while still feeling peaceful once we were back at the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool and beachfront atmosphere made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Phuket. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back the next time we’re in Patong. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beachfront resort with excellent service!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the hotel in the last couple months and it’s still the best deal for being on the beach and close to Bangla Road and a lot of great shopping and restaurants. I don’t like that. It doesn’t have a gym and their breakfast isn’t real great but the rooms are very spacious and well designed.

The location and property were both excellent and the staff was second to none. We were welcomed with open arms and treated almost like family. The only negative I would give is the pool had some broken tiles on the floor of the pool which resulted in my daughter cutting her foot and needed medical attention. The staff did make sure everything was taken care of (taking us to a medical clinic with a follow up the next day and paying for her treatment) which we really appreciated 👏. This was an unfortunate occurrence but was handled in the most professional manner. I would definitely highly recommend this resort....

Decent hotel and better than average if you want beach access. The staff isn’t real helpful. It had some construction and limitations while I was there. No real food to speak of, no gym, but the location to the night life and beach is as about as good as you can get.

They removed the privacy wall surrounding the suites and the plunge pool....which allowed all beach walkers to look directly at your room and patios, which reduced the feeling of being safe. The rooms have aged poorly in time and definitely in need of a positive upgrade. The staff was amazing as they went above and beyond to help me with a few travel situations I had just prior to my arrival. I send thanks to them for their patience and understanding and help.

Even though the resort is a stone's throw from Bangla Road you would never know. With the best of both worlds with a pool and the beach at your toes, the location was perfect. Fun on your doorstep one way, with the beach the other. The service was wonderful and housekeeping exceptional.

Awesome location, sit by the pool and the beach is a step away with stunning views across Patong bay. Walk out the front door and you’re straight into the fun and life of Patong. If you’re bothered by loud music then certain rooms won’t be good for you as the club next door is loud. We were in those rooms but didn’t mind it at all :-)
