"The breakfasts were amazing! Very clean and friendly staff. Great sitting area on the roof. Good wifi. Close to pier. Near restaurants and walkable to town center. Highly recommend. "
"This place was so nice and relaxing, super close to the little plaza. Close to places to eat, they have amazing tasty food in the hotel. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place this is the place to go. "
"Everything was great but the room we stayed in had no electrical plug in the bathroom for hair dryer or curling iron. Other than that staff and facilities were great. Taxis were 70-80 pesos to go into central Bacalar. "
"Very bad hotel…. Every thing is falling a part…. Terrible maintenance…. Furniture old and obsolete …. I rent the room at Laguna Hotel Bacalar for 5 days…. I did not stayed there…. Only for a few minutes…. I grab my belongings and I left to rent another room some where else near by (Casa Arabe) I don’t understand how the City authorities allowed the hotel to operate under this circumstances…. I paid a lot for this hotel that is not worthed…. I don’t know how Expedia is willing to rent rooms for them….Extremely super UGLY property.
