this was the worse place i stay ever the rooms was too dirty the blanket and pillow case are smelly a lot of mosquitoes the toilet is clogged stinky water on the floor. i will never recommend stay in here the building was like hunted house

Poor and Saddest hotel..
We cancelled our stay. I was dismayed with JAVA INN. very poor house keeping. Very sub- standard. Don’t recommend again in your site.

the first room we got there was an ant colony in the closetband there was tiles in the bathroom ready to fall. the second room was ok but the dobble bed had seen better days. this is not a place to stay more than 1night. NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN

To whom it may concern...
Not suitable for travellers, the room is dirty, the service is poor...and most of all, they did not provide what we agreed for the room i've choosed in the booking, we booked for two doubled bed, but they give us one only, with 2 extra matress placed on the dirty floor...crippy...i recommend not to stay that place, no lift.

Quite nice and relaxing
The location is good since its near supermarket, local market and ATM's. The signage though is a bit small and a bit difficult to find. Theres no elevator and u have to climb about 3 or 4 flight of stairs. The room is big and clean enough and i wasnt really choosy since it was pretty cheap. My nephews and niece enjoyed staying here then again its their first time in the city. Lol. Its not 5 star but its pretty decent compared to dormitels, their sis clmpany.

I paid twice in this hotel, i used my visa card and i paid cash in the hotel. I only need to pay 1 night in this hotel but the receptionist didn’t even tell me that the expedia.com.ph already did the automatic payment in my card

Good stay
The place is very accessible.Its affordable and good place to stay, staff are friendly. Some facility just needs to be fixed (the faucet and the sink inside the lavatory) Overall experience is good.

Pension house at the heart of busy business area
The Java Pension Inn is an old building formerly Bascon hotel I guess. The hallway going to each room is a bit dark. The door lock is defective, the towel provided are a bit old & smelly, the aircon is not functioning well & in fan mode & not cooling, we requested Electric fan. The bathroom has defective shower, you need to use pail/deeper to take a bath. The bowl area has no drainage therefore excess water coming from shower area create stagnant water

Old place, no in-room internet access
It was one of the worst experience I've ever had. If you are desperate to have some place to sleep for a night and are on a very tight budget, then go to this place at your own risk. Room wasn't​ ready when we checked in and they only started to clean it when we went to the front desk. We had to wait in another room for about 30 minutes while they clean. The only place where you can have internet access is by staying at the lobby. There was a power outage when we checked in and there wasn't​ any generator in the building. We checked in at 2:30 and just checked out after an hour. It's not really a good place to stay overnight. I recommend this place for short timers.

The worst stay ever!!!
We will never go back!!!! The place is absolutely DIRTY!!!! The lightings were bad. The linens were smelling bad. No hot and cold and the comfort room was so yucks DIRTY!!!! I will never recommend it to others.

ソートー旅慣れしている人じゃないとナー？
エクスペディアでキャンセル効かないやつで２泊頼んだので結局部屋を2回変えてもらいました。結構すったもんだして。トイレの水が流れなかったり、シャワーのカランがなかったり（つまり使えない）便座のカパカパが破れて上に突き出て怪我したりお湯出なかったりゴキ居たりネズミ出たり。バイクの駐車スペースがなかったのでスタッフとやりあって結局えらいおばさんが出てきてこのビルの中の廊下に止めろと言うことで収まりました。まだいくつかありますが中傷等とられかねないので・・評価としては結果一応こちらのクレームに対応してくれましたので１ではなく２です。旅行者としては結構ズケズケ言える人じゃないとキビシイかも？

Old hotel, mabaho. No hot and cold.
Very old hotel. Room have a TV but not working. Toilet and bath is stinky. Not recommended.

Nice hotel coz accessible
Well, what i liked in the hotel is its accessibility to almost many areas in the city. However, i had a discomfort with its untidy facilities.

Doomed hotel!
Very old hotel forced into a pension house. Dirty rooms, cockroaches abound, found a rat. Windows cannot be sealed shut hence smoke from cigarettes and noise coming from the other rooms get in. Food is non-existent. Definitely will not recommend to friends. And should be taken out of your list. Hate you for this. Check out your listings yourself Expedia!

Very dirty hotel
The Hotel room is very dirty, the shower is not working and also the aircon. I saw a lot of cockroaches, and the bedsheet smells bad. I will not recommend this hotel.

Worst accommodation I've had.
I stayed there with my senior citizen mother. I didn't expect that she'll need to climb the stairs to get to our room because the elevator is out of order. The room was probably painted recently. I didn't really care that the hotel is old but I think it needs repair. It's pretty obvious that it has not been maintained well. It also has to improve its cleanliness. Cockroaches are crawling everywhere. When we tried to move the bed, there were still clumps of hair under it.

Don't stay here!!!
We didn't evan go in. We arrived late on the ferry, got a trike ride there. It is pretty sketchy area. There was one guy that was trying to help us but I think he was going to rob us instead. Layboys and street workers along the entrance. You have to ring a bell, then go up this little hallway that is nasty. We hopped right back in the cab and headed to another hotel.
