“Great location, clean and good size rooms. . Walkable to dining, shopping. There is not 24 staff so be aware of that. Lots of stairs but there is a small elevator to take up luggage.”

“Very convenient location next to the train station and short walk from the main tourist areas. However bed was very uncomfortable, there were ants in our room, and the lift up to the 5th floor felt dodgy. Some amenities provided such as body wash, soap, towels, but was provided a coffee machine with no pods. Would not stay here for more than 1-2 nights.”

“What a beautiful place to stay. The rooms and the service were top notch. Carlotta was so very welcoming and helpful. The room is gorgeous with beautiful decor. The bed, pillows and sheets were 5 stars!!!! Amazing property.”

“I really loved this place. The room was a cross between an elegant hotel room in a classic hotel to a guest room in a villa. “오페라 극장이 위치한 광장에서 5분 정도 거리에 위치하고 있으며, 주변에 레스토랑이 있어 편의성이좋습니다. 방에 냉장고가 없는 것이 아쉬운 점입니다. 방도 넓고 욕실도 리뉴얼도한지 얼마 되지않아 깔끔합니다. 밤늦게 공항에 도착하여 픽업서비스 신청하여 B&B까지 잘 도착하였으며, 직원 모두 친절하였습니다.”

“Palazzo Pantaleo made my last day in Sicily best ever. Spacious room, clean towels, comfortable bed and most of all, the owner, Mr. Giuseppe is so caring and detailed. Because we had to leave early in the morning, my wife and I decided to give up the breakfast. But when he came to know that he blamed us for not letting him know. When we leave there were warm coffee in the warmer, croissants and even fruits in the breakfast table prepared for us. Thank you for the warm hospitality. ”
