โYou will simply not find another B&B like this. Federica is like visiting your sister or a kindly friend. She will make you breakfast every morning whatever you like and you can eat it on your cute little balcony. This hotel is very close to the lake and all restaurants within a few minutes walk. โThe people at the desk and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. I had a blast hearing about the world from his well-considered point of view.โ

โAmazing stay at this small, family-run hotel! They were very kind, allowed me to check in a bit early and even came to the room to make sure I was settled.
The only thing I didn't enjoy was the "breakfast". They put some prepackaged pastries in your room and this just wasn't sufficient for me as a breakfast. Other than that, this place is 11/10. โ
โThis is an INCREDIBLE property! Beautiful landscaping, 10 min. drive from Bagno Regio. The breakfast they served was over the top delicious with home made treats, fresh ricotta cheese, and a wide variety of choices. They make a caffe/espresso for you. Couldn't recommend this place any higher, extraordinary property and service!โ
โDoes not have impact. It was neither so good or bad. But Location is perfect! If you don't have car, it will be hard to reach there. However if you arrive the hotel, you would forget everything you've experienced bad, just feel peaceful and happy.โ
