“직원들이 친절하고, 도움을 요청했을 때 성실히 대응해주었다. 1월 초라서 날씨가 쌀쌀했는데, 실내 온도가 낮게 설정되어 좀 추운게 흠이라면 흠. 그리고 샤워 부스가 작아서 불편했다. 5분 거리에 버스 정류장(23번)이 있고, 20~30분이면 피렌체 명소 대부분에 갈 수 있다. 전반적으로, 최고는 아니지만, 가성비가 좋은 편이라고 할 수 있다.”

“It was a different experience in Firenze as Villa stay in a little outside of Firenze downtown is more relaxed than hotel stay in downtown Firenze. More spacious room, big gardens, etc... But of course it would take more time to go main areas”

“The staff are very friendly, the surroundings are idyllic and the restaurant is downright fantastic. Definitely feels like it's part of the surrounding Tuscan landscape and culture. If venturing into the surrounding hills it is recommended to use bug repellant, as some of the flies can get quite bitey. “I could not decide whether to stay at St Regis hotel right by the river or this hotel. However, after a week in a busy area in Milan, i chose villa La Massa, and it was an excellent choice. This is what I dreamt of when I thought of Italy. Staffs were excellent and the restaurant was awesome. Only 15 minutes away from the busy center of Florence”
