“Beautiful place. In a residential area so not much to do around there, but the train station is close which is nice. Gianna was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.”

“I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before.
