“Das Hotel ist etwas abseits gelegen, dadurch aber mitten in einer grünen Oase. Wir haben dort Tukane und andere tolle Vogelarten gesehen. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer oder vom riesigen Pool aufs Meer ist absolut beeindruckend. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise war das zweite Bett im Zimmer recht klein. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit selbstgemachter Marmelade. Der Kaffee hat besonders gut geschmeckt. Und auch hier hatte man einen tollen Blick. Das Hotel können wir absolut empfehlen.”

“Villa Alturas has a beautiful view of the Pacific. The place is clean, the staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there is A/C only in the bedroom, so the remainder of the villa is hot and uncomfortable, even with open windows. The ceiling fans on the front porch, where the ocean view is, have been removed...so it is warm there also. My husband and I were in the villa...we had one dinner plate and 2 bowls for eating with. Very minimal kitchen supplies. No kitchen towels, only paper...
