“Let me say this before I begin, it was my wife's birthday, and we were looking forward to having a great time. When we checked in and arrived at our room we were both appalled at how the room looked. It did not look nothing like the pictures that were presented on Experia's website. Those rooms may have been great in the 18th century but not for the 21st! Also, considering that it is very hot in Costa Rica the air conditioning units cannot keep up with cooling the room. “Hele mooi hotel op een prachtige lokatie. Zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. Mooie ruime kamers en wij hadden een kamer met buitendouche. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.”

“This hotel will ruin all other hotels for you. The staff was incredible, the grounds were immaculate, the room was amazing, the wildlife and beach on property were unreal. Seriously, if you stay here, there’s no going back to mediocre hotels. You’ve been warned. We’re 100% going back. My wife literally cried when we were leaving.”

“The staff is what makes the stay! An absolutely phenomenal group of people who truly care about you and what they do. Buffet food was great although the a la carte restaurants stood out. From the moment I checked in with Mitzi, to the little tour and information provided by the bellhop Elvin to even the servers and hosts (I wish I could remember everyone's name!) but quite the excellent stay. I absolutely fell in love with Costa Rica and will be back!! There were a few snags along the way but...

“The staff and workers were nice and polite at all time. There was no hot water which it difficult to get ready to travel home. I called twice, told the front desk while checking out. Nothing was done or offered for the inconvenience. The food was delicious especially at the speciality restaurants.”

“Great Place for Family Vacation!! Prívate Pool is a big plus to choose this resort. ”

“It’s a very nice resort. Half of the resort has been renovated and the Palace side of the resort is about to go under renovations. If it looks anything like the renovations done on the other side, it’ll be beautiful when it’s done. The staff was fantastic, especially the servers. If you get around the pool, look for Edwin. We had a group of 20 and did not have any issues”
