“Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Central location. Room needs upgrades. The bathroom door was not locking. Sink tile broken”

“Staff took us to our room only to make us move again after we settled in because she took us to the wrong room, but would not admit her mistake and lied to us instead. Found large bug on our bed crawling. Found more bugs on the ceiling and mosquito flying around in the room and a large beetle on the floor. Lamb burger for dinner meat was undercooked. Told receptionist about everything and they said and did nothing. ”

“Breakfast of delicious fresh fruit and coffee with traditional Costa Rican food was offered in a beautiful setting each morning. There were also options for travellers who preferred more western options like toast and pancakes. Staff was efficient and attentive and very kind”

“We stayed in one of the cute, little cabins. It was very clean and comfortable. It had terrific views of the volcano and great sunsets. The breakfast had a variety of food items to choose from and was quick so that we could start the days adventures. It was in a convenient location to drive to tours and La Fortuna town. ”

“Our room was clean and the staff was awesome. We saw wildlife and the most beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was a very good vegetarian breakfast. Sophia was amazing and the gentleman who served breakfast was delightful.”
