منتجع سيئ ولا انصح بالسكن فيها
الايجابيات : 1- الغرف كبيرة 2- الاطلالة رائعة حيث تطل على البركة والبحر _____________ السلبيات : 1- الاستقبال سيء للغاية حيث لايوجد موظفين كفاية لخدمة الزبائن 2- يأخذون عمولة على العملة الاجنبية خصوصا السعودية 3- ليس لديهم خدمة حفظ الاغراض عند الدخول والخروج للفندق وحيث انهم اضاعو بطاقتي الشخصية 4- خدمتهم من أسوأ الفنادق ويتأخرون في الطلبات واحيانا لاينفذونها 5- الاثاث قديم والنظافة ليست بالمستوى المطلوب 6- المواقف ليست كثيرة وصعبة ومرتفعة 7- أدوات المطبخ ليست متوفرة بشكل كامل والثلاجة صغيرة من العلم اني استأجرة شقة كبيرة من ثلاث غرف 8- لاتوجد غسالة ملابس ولا نشافة مع العلم ان غرفة الغسيل موجودة وجاهزة التسليك 9- الانترنت ضعيف نوعا ما 10- الهاتف عطلان لااستطيع التواصل مع الفندق بسهولة

I booked the hotel one week in advance , at the day of my arrival and when I was at the property checking in the receptionist informed me that I dont’t have any booking in the hotel , and when I asked why and how did it happen he replied contact Expedia because they did not send us the reservation and we are fully booked .. don’t use this Website for booking at alllll !!!

يجب الاهتمام بالنظافة المكان اكثر
المنتجع إطلالته جميله يطل على البحر وموقعه جميل لكنه يفتقد النظافة لم تعجبني نظافة المكان .

i have rose a complain about this hotel because when we arrive to hotel they said we don’t have reservation from Expedia and the amount was deducted but we don’t revive any refund or any reasons for this problem

It's the worst hotel I had been, louder music and fighting every day at midnight you can't sleep at all with noises

safe location, great services.
the hotel is located in Bahrain's safest district, however, it will take u a 20 min ride to reach downtown. we were upgraded from a suite to a chalet with no additional cost. I'll dafanitly return back to the hotel whenever I am in bahrain.
