"Friendly, courteous, helpful staff"

"I wanted to share some feedback about my breakfast experience. I arrived around 9:35, well before the 10:00 closing time, but the selection was already very limited. Several guests, including myself, were asking for more eggs and potatoes, but the staff member in charge declined to prepare more, saying it would take too long. It was disappointing because breakfast was still being served, and there was clear demand for fresh food. I understand that timing can be tight near closing, but I would expect items to be restocked while service is still ongoing—especially when multiple guests are waiting. I hope this can be addressed so future guests have a better experience."

"Breakfast was very good, rooms were very clean. Pool was nice. Hot tub is down and has mold around it and water is nasty. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Pool was GREAT. Truly. Big poop. Big space. Kids loved it. Room was solid. Breakfast was ok. Initial staff that checked us in was great, the other staff essentially treated us like we were an inconvenience. And when we were just loading up the cart / leaving the room, the phone rang at 11:02 (I know this was the exact time because I checked my watch) with the old man up front barking at us "uh, you know checkout was 11?!"
