“The best thing was the staff. So very helpful in moving our belongings to our new room when we extended. They took care of everything while we explored the area. The hotel itself is great and in a super location to all the restaurants and bars in town. The pub, library bar, and outside alley bar are all great. The breakfast, if you book direct, is complimentary and was one of the best meals we had in Nelson. No joke.”

“The staff was so helpful and friendly. We had the family suite, which was the only guest room on the first floor. Also we have a nook area outside my room, so we had lost of extra space to enjoy. Very nice stay.”

“The hotel was very nice. Although there was no circulation or a fan in the bathroom. And for such a nice hotel, the shower head was very poor and they should be able to provide a slow closing toilet lid. Otherwise a nice hotel and good location.”
