Beautiful hotel in the vineyards

This is a beautiful hotel, quitely located in the vineyards. Beautiful suite and very nice facilities. The only downsides are the beach club, which is very underwhelming, and the prices of the restaurants.

Pleasant but a bit disappointing

It would not take much to get 5 stars, but this stay was off season and service fell just short of perfect. We had dinner twice even though the menu was very limited. The second time, my wife's steak was requested rare and came overcooked. Replacement took 15 min which was very unpleasant arriving after having finished mine. This was not handled the way you expect from Relais & Chateaux.

It was a very relaxing stay. The pool could have been warmer for the time of year but it was a very nice setting. The food and drink at the main hotel was great but the beach bar wasn’t at the same level and had no food as it was closing for the season.

The worst service I have had in the last period, except the reception. This hotel has the services of a 3 * hotel in comparing other 5 * hotels over the world - They only know English in the reception area and maybe 2 waiters. - in the suite 800 / night I had to ask every second day to refill my water and coffee, doesn’t matter how many times I have asked they ignored us and nobody came - a tile replaced in the bathroom replaced with silicone - on the "private beach" - as they present it, we were told that if we have a suite (junior suite), we are entitled to 1.-2. line by the sea…. They always gave us the last line of sunbeds that we didn't have a reservation in advance, even if they were empty whole day. Beach about 10 minutes from the resort, without service and without drinks…. Pure disaster. - By the pool, the waiter service was only when he happened to walk around or unless you broke your arm by waving at him. - after 3 days we stopped going to the main restaurant and found restaurants in near area (Lucky us, we had a car) … instead of desserts we got the bill - we had a dog with us, they present themselves as a PET friendly hotel :), but upon arrival they told us that apart from the room he can hardly go anywhere. - cleaning was okay If you are used to the higher quality services you must look elsewhere The suite supposed to have 65m2. But also with a front garden about :) the room had a maximum of 35m and outdoor seating 8m…

Perfect stay!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everything from the views, to the rooms, to the food, to the service … impeccable! It’s only a 20 minute drive to Rovinj, so it’s easy to see the region and spend time at the winery relaxing. We highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back.

Nicht zu toppen ! Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll das unglaublich schöne Hotel zu beschreiben. Vielleicht bei den wunderschönen Gebäuden und ihrer perfekten Anordnung. Mit den Pools und dem besonderen Frühstücksbuffet in einer alten Küche. Die besondere Inneneinrichtung mit den größtenteils antiken Möbeln. Das Zimmer war immer sauber und wurde wenn notwendig mehrmals täglich frisch gemacht ohne dass wir je ein Zimmermädchen gesehen haben. Der Service war immer aufmerksam und nett – selbst bei einigen schwierigen Gästen denen man scheinbar nichts recht machen konnte. Für mich wird es schwierig beim nächsten Urlaub an einem anderen Ort ein vergleichbares Hotel zu finden.

Très bel établissement. A l’écart de la côte, dans un beau domaine viticole, au calme. Les chambres sont bien décorées, avec de beaux tissus et matériaux. Les extérieurs sont paysagés avec beaucoup de goût. Belle table, avec de bons vins et une équipe de serveurs au top ! Personnel charmant. Un havre de paix où l’on est bien pour passer plusieurs jours.
