"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. Everywhere we went, the staff remembered our names and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Our room was STUNNING with views out over the valley, and the outdoor shower was an unexpected and liberating treat! Almost everything we did whilst we were in Bali was arranged through the hotel and charged to our room so we never had to worry about having cash. They were even on WhatsApp if we were out and about and needed a car back to the hotel. The daily complimentary yoga and walks are a really nice addition and lots of excursions to choose from, and if chilling is on the agenda then the pool area is beautiful with great service from the pool bar team. I couldn’t say enough good things about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and everyone…we will be back!"

"A wonderful view with jungle noise. Flower accents everywhere. Smiling staff and every detail in service was perfect. The breakfast brunch was lovely with many options and good hot coffee. The lunches were amazing . I was approached by the room manager and he said that my room was going to be renovated very soon. The pools were a nice temperature and the spa area was worth a look...even if you were not bookibg it. Heavy bags were carried up and down the many stairs for me. I would not recommend for those with mobility issues or easily exhausted by heat. It is built into a hillside. The gardens are amazing. Will return again. Thank you!"
