With your provided feedback about your very unpleasant stay will be good for us to address some serious concerns we have as Management. Firstly, I’d like to apologize for your stay at Karma Kandara as we weren’t able to fully satisfy your needs. Furthermore, we weren’t able to sort out the issues whilst you were with us, which really helps with on the spot corrections and improvements.
