Each morning, you can wander along scenic trails or simply sit back and take in the panorama from your window or the communal terraces. I often found myself torn between exploring Cappadocia or staying put just to soak in the serenity. Originally, I saw Cappadocia as a once-in-a-lifetime destination — something to check off the list. But staying at Potamia, and getting to know the close-knit team behind it, changed that. Thanks for the memories."
