“I arrived early due to my phone not working and I needed WiFi to message my sister. The host was so kind to let me in and use the WiFi and drop off my bags eventhough the room wasn't redy yet. She was very friendly and they iffered free coffee and breakfast. I felt very welcomed.”

“A large room, with lovely shower room. Very clean, beautiful location in Castletown and perfect base to visit the Isle of Man. Ample parking. We spent 3 nights here and had a great time. Breakfast was incredible with a continental option or a cooked breakfast menu including eggs benedict, kippers and lots of other options. We also had a lovely dinner here, a nice pub menu. I recommend this hotel for good value for money.”

“Das Frühstück war sehr gut. In unserem Bad ließ sich leider die Heizung nicht abstellen, deshalb mussten wir oft das Fenster öffnen und uns hat im Zimmer ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen gefehlt. Wir haben uns einen zweiten Stuhl bei der Rezeption bestellt und auch bekommen. Wir waren mit dem Hotel und Service zufrieden und werden wiederkommen.”

Hair dryer towels and bathroom amenities all good 👍 Kettle tea coffee bottled water and biscuits all good 👍 would have been more pleasant if staff was available more and the bar was manned in the evenings .”

“We rented a luxury apartment. It had a spacious living area with all you need for self catering. Housekeeper there to welcome us and show us to the room. Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park. Only negatives were the apartment we rented was on the top floor (three flights of stairs) - no lift. So with heavy baggage it’s hard work but not a real problem for us. Bedroom is very small and...

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”

“No complaints. Beds were very comfortable and warm, despite it being chilly in the evenings. Great location too for quarterbridge, bray hill and even the fan park if you’re happy to walk for a bit. ”
