“Everything perfect, thank you Empress Hotel”

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”

“A greet hotel In terms of value, but beware! We arrived and were taken to another building, that they use, but is NOT the HQ hotel as seen on the images. Our room was 3 levels up some very narrow steep stairs, with a 22kg suitcase, no lift and no offer of help, even if I am 65 yr old. The room was dark, and single beds,instead of a double. We asked for a move and after a while were offered a nice room, 1st floor, in the main hotel building, which had a lift. Also the surrounding area is littered...

“Just checked out from a six-night stay here. LOVED my room - a business room with a sea view. I normally don’t get too hung up on sea views but this one was special. Spent a lot of room time sitting in my little alcove with its big bay windows, staring out to sea and the Tower of Refuge, contemplating the tides. Perfectly located. Great for walking along the beautiful promenade and shopping along the Strand. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were wonderful and super helpful....

“Well decorated establishment ,a compact room with all the necessary facilities. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Situated within easy walking distance/ public transport of the town facilities, theatre, cinema.”

“Great Location, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable but room was very basic. An older building so one has to live with certain limitations. No Wifi available on 2nd floor. Shower was low pressure and did not get very warm. However all things considered would stay here again.”

“Best hotel on the Promenade. Elegant, dark wood, beautiful artwork. Clean rooms. Nice restaurant and bar. Claire, Tim & Tony run a top notch hotel. Love it. ❤️ Jack is an ace in the bar and restaurant 👌. Only slight 'complaint' I can imagine is, They should offer better pillows or different types, goose or foam would've been better than current pillows. Would highly recommend.”
