Lovely staff, extremely comfortable & perfectly clean with all the amenities & more than expected with aircon, fan, microwave, toaster, larger scale fridge as well as mornal TV, great wifi, kettle and hairdryer as well as lovely toiletries, couldnt ask for more! Perfect place to stop during long drives. Nice, quiet area while right near the highway. The room has everything you could need if you're stopping by for a night or two, and the bed was magnificent!

Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support

Right from the by the time we came back. was welcoming and the room was perfect for what we needed. We were very embarassed because we did not expect the room to be serviced and left it in a shocking mess that was magically tidied.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, it's not one of the newest motel's around but it is well kept and very clean. I've had two visits to the Chaparral and both times I had a good experience.
