โAs far as motels go, this place is FABULOUS! The designer-owner has thought of everything. The hairdryer, kettle, toaster, pillow, everything, was really high quality. She's a smart lady. I'm a fan. Thanks to Jack, Cindy and Sharn, it's a great stay. โ
โThe apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved:
1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance.

โFront Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that supportโ
โI absolutely loved staying here! The ambiance of the pool and garden along with the sounds of the kookaburras each morning was such a beautiful way to wake up. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and helped me with any and all needs. The rooms were spacious and well laid out and made me feel like I had a safe and relaxing space. 10/10 will be coming back here as soon as we can! :)โ
