"The hotel was nice. Customer service was excellent, like crazy good. We had an issue with the AC in our room and after trying to figure out what was wrong gladly changed us to another room and gave us 2 vouchers for a couple of drinks for the inconvenience. "Really good place to stay if you just need a place to crash. Rooms are intimate and close quarters. Beds are a bit hard. Overall easy hotel is VERY close to multiple attractions and was a comfortable place to stay short term. We thank the staff for their kind care and assistance."

"Mustafa on front of desk is amazing. Such an assets. Warm, friendly, communicative and helpful. The place is very quiet and central to Rathmines and a quick walk/bus to the city centre. The rooms themselves are really dark and poky - so much storage that is impractical to be honest - not much hanging ..."
