“We only used this location as its proximity to the Belfast City Airport. Hard to evaluate or give an honest opinion as we were only there for 10 hours. The inside of the building was under construction so there was some mess. No review on breakfast as we left at 3:00 am.”

“Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

“We had 3 rooms booked for a special Titanic birthday weekend Unfortunately there had been flood water damage in the rooms - we were not notified til we got there that they could not accommodate us and we were relocated to the Marriott hotel - Couldn't;t do enough for us - complimentary cocktails 1 round - all transfers paid for but we felt we missed out on the luxury theme boutique hotel. Ruben on reception deserves a special mention for customer service.”

“Excellent hotel room 268 studio style . Clean and very comfortable bed. Loved the view of the marina. Hotel was very easy to get to with public transport the glider stop was just outside . Breakfast was very nice and it was well organized and enjoyable. Thanks for a great stay . Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The room was very small and dated. But what the room lacked was made up by the staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us more than once. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!”

“Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option...
