Location itself was good, easy to walk to town with numerous food places close by. Service itself was good as well - only issue was that there were sugar crystals on the pantry top that the service crew did not quite clean. But generally, housekeeping was good and prompt. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you're in Chiang Rai."

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Great facilities- we used the fitness room which was excellent and drinks & dinner by the pool in the evening was lovely. The room was great - extremely comfortable with every amenity we could want. Loved the daily towel sculptures on the bed - those little personal touches really added to our whole experience. The hotel itself is a lovely building- quite a colonial feel- and very well maintained as well as a great location. The staff were awesome. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful- a real asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again."
