“Older property, but clean and tidy. Good location for walk/bus into Oxford and useful having parking. Staff helpful and friendly. Good selection of shops and eating places in Summertown.”

“A lovely B&B, quiet, simple, easy parking free of charge if you arrive around 17:00 and stay till 11 am. Very convenient. Very good English breakfast.”

“Cute little place to stay with amazing staff! We didn’t even leave for dinner and stayed at the property and it was one of our favourite meals on the trip!”

“Property was convenient for Stratford. Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries. Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue. Would definitely stay when in the area in the future.”

“Clean, quiet, well appointed rooms and facilities located not too far from Silverstone or the M1. I will consider staying again! Thanks!”

“A fabulous find in a great location in Leamington. A short walk to town but very quiet overnight. Comfortable bed with great pillows :) and a delicious breakfast cooked to order. Martha was a great host - thanks!”
