Thank you for the 2-night stay. The room was spacious and clean, which was great. Breakfast was served in a different location, but it was not an issue. If I may provide one piece of feedback, some of the gym equipment was broken, so I hope it can be repaired. Overall, I think it's a good hotel.

Great size room, good shower, free wifi, full size fridge and freezer, couch, dining table, cooking facilities, but limited utensils, balcony, super friendly staff, roof top pool, sauna, self service washing machines, gym. Many convenience stores and supermarkets very close, several eateries and walking distance to BTS and Metro stations

Good value proposition

Great little hotel. It is on the olderside but it is clean and functional. Ice cold AC ! 7/11 and other basic necessities are near by. About 5 min walk to Sukhumvit and about 12 min to skytrain. Soi 22 has an actual sidewalk which is not the case everywhere in Bangkok. Asok is about 15 min walk. At the end of the Soi there is the MSphere Mall, one of the hippest malls in BKK with good food court and restaurant options, it is expensive but really nice!

The rooms are really showing their age now. They still have a HiFi system in them. The A/c's are old and the compressors can be noisy. The Gym doesn't really exist as the equipment is not maintained or functional. The Pool on the 5th floor is OK but the poor quality repair to the edges is falling off. The receptionists and maids are friendly and helpful

Great Place - value for Money

The hotel was quite comfortable for a 3 night stay. It is in the heart of Sukhumvit with many eating places, access to 7-11 and supermarkets etc. The service is fantastic and I would like to mention the reception ladies, who are super helpful and courteous, and gave us directions to be out and about with a smile. Organized sightseeing trips for us which was good value and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, equipped with kitchenette, safe, microwave etc and there is a reasonable priced laundry service. There are laundromats nearby too. Night life spots of Soi 11 and Soi 23 are within 10 mins by taxi. Overall a great Stay and I would recommend this place to any travelers to Bangkok
