My overall experience was great - staff was kind and helpful when you initially arrive for check in from opening the door for you, to even offering to carry your luggage from your taxi/form of transportation onto the trolley; as well as offering to bring it upstairs for you. The amenities from the gym were satisfactory and infinity pool was beautiful! The only thing I’d like to point out was that the headboard on one side of the bed was dirty.

Very clean, staff helpful with restaurant recommendations, transit an easy walk, lots of restaurants and street food nearby, roof top bar is lovely as is the pool up there. Breakfast was superb, omelette bar, pasties, fruit, Thai dishes, salad, and more.

This was my third time at Amara Hotel, the second time this year. Staff is amazing, room is very comfortable, the bed is great. Amara has a great location close to metro stations, bars, shops, etc. The swimming is unbelievable, stunning views. Staying at Amara just gives me a feeling of happiness! I don't think I will ever stay in a different hotel in Bangkok.

I loved the service at this property. The room was fairly spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a central location - close to the Silom area of Bangkok. The only thing missing from the room are USB ports for charging of devices.

Positives: Staff and accommodations were great. The rooftop pool was great, but could use a few more reclining lounge chairs. Plenty of places to get food nearby. The only negative: Barfood was less than desirable.

Great hotel overall. We last stayed here when they first opened almost a decade ago. It has maintained the same high standards and overall quality. The only thing that has room for improvement is the gym facilities which are too basic for a hotel this size and quality. Other than that all was great, like last time
