루프탑이 멋진 호텔
호텔 루프탑이 멋집니다. 5성급이라고 하기에는 방이나 샤워 시설 슬리퍼 등은 4성급 정도로 생각하시면 됩니다. 식당메뉴도 4성급 정도로 보이고....호텔 로비가 이번에는 시암컨벤션에서 로비가 이동되어 있어서 불편했습니다. 그 외는 위치도 좋고...특히 저녁에 루프탑은 최고 였습니다.

Worst experience, Great location
location is perfect. But that is all of this hotel. Unkind Staffs. If you ask something and they can't understand eng or your request, then they just walk away. You'll never know they understand and got it or will come back again with somebody else. Poor service. If you ask more towel or service. you should call over and over even wait forever to get it. Old facilities. even you put the water inside refrigerator, never get cold. At the beginning, they said I should wait enough. So I wait for like 8 hours and find out that is broken. Hotel admit and change it without any explanation or apologies. Worst wi-fi. you never can use internet with Wifi. location is great. you can go central world mall and other shopping center through skyway when they open. But that is all. You can go any other hotel in SIAM not here. I know there is plenty of good hotels in BKK. I'll never visit this hotel ever again.

동남아여행은 처음이였는대 호텔 고를때 수영장이 있고 뷰가 좋으면서 루프탑바를 따로 갈필요가없다는 점에서 신청했습니다. 근처에 터미널21,빅씨등 쇼핑몰이많아서 좋아요. 거리는 조금되지만 지상철도, 지하철 다 있어서 대중교통도 편하고 1층가면 택시나 툭툭 잡기도괜찮습니다. 근처에 네온야시장이있어요 다른여시장보다 깔끔하고 잘되어있습니다. 마지막날 밝은곳이잇어서 갔다가 알아서 많이두경못한개 아쉽네요 새벽에도 빅씨쪽 걸어나가면 편의점있어서 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 빠른길이있는데 돌아나가면 망쓰입니다 ㅎㅎ 수영장에 사람없어서 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 깊고

많은 주요 시설들과 가까워서 좋지만 세븐일레븐같은 편의점과는 거리가 좀 있어서 밤늦게 사러나가기는 조금 힘들었습니다. 그래서 룸서비스를 자주 이용하게 되었는데 그또한 너무 편하고 좋았습니다.

명성만큼은 아닌 듯....
씨암역과 칫롬 역 중간인데 센트럴 월드 끝쪽이라 동선이 길어요. 센트럴월드 7층과 연결되어있다고 하는데, 출구 찾기도 힘들고,차라리 1층까지 내려와 나가는게 빠른 듯했음. 클럽라운지 음식은 부실해서 굳이 이용 안할 것 같아요. 24층 더 월드 조식은 좋았어요~

Good Place
조용하고 깨끗한 호텔로 주변에 백화점들이 많이 있어 좋음. 그러나 백화점 폐장시간 근처 (2130)에 교통이 너무 막힘. 고가도로 밑을 주행 시 네비가 안되어 길찾기가 어려움. 참고하삼.

시암파라곤에서 가깝고 BTS역과 가까워서 이동이 쉬워요.
너무 편안하게 잘 놀다가 왔습니다. 호텔 직원들이 너무 친절 했고 조식 또한 괜찮았습니다. 수영장에서 맥주 한잔 하는 시간이 너무 좋았습니다. 55층에 방콕 3대 루프탑인 RED 스카이가 있어 야경 뷰 보기가 좋았고 음식 값은 제법 많이 나왔습니다. 근처 시암파라곤, 시암스퀘어 및 음식점과 마사지 샾이 많습니다.

High level of service and attentiveness. Centrally located to several large malls and shopping areas. Plenty of restaurants. Did not care for the paella served in the spanish restaurant. The rice was not.crisp at the bottom, as it is with traditional. All rlse, excellent.

It was my third day in Thailand and I needed a place that I can sleep properly. This place did it. The bed was comfortable just like the hotels in the US. The rooms were clean. The hot water were prefect. The foods were great. Everything was great except customer services. I am not Thai, but I can understand Thai language. Please train the staffs to not gossip in front of their customers about that customers.
