바퀴벌레, 시끄러움.
클린 룸 서비스 시킬때마다 바퀴벌레 10마리는 넣어주는 듯. 밤에 자고있을 때 다른 방 사람들 복도에서 시끄럽게 하는 게 다 들림. 그래서 아침, 밤에 잠깰수도있음 티비 있어서 좋음. 냉장고 있긴한데 좀 더러울 수 있음. 화장실 그냥 그럼. 바퀴벌레가 인상적이었음 밤이면 옆 골목에 작은 먹거리 시장 가서 사먹으면 됨. 바로 밑에 편의점 있어서 좋음.

위치가 매우 좋은 호텔!
시설자체는 평이한 편이지만 교통이 매우 편리 합니다. 지하철 역도 가깝고 카오산도 호텔 앞에서 버스 한번만 타면 갈 수 있어요. 근처에 빠투남시장? 같은데도 가깝게 걸어갈만해서 돌아다니기는 좋은 것 같습니다.

Good budget hotel at convenient location
Good budget hotel at a convenient location. Walking distance to major shopping centers and train stations. Took the airport rail link from the airport to Phaya Thai station and it was a 10 mins walk to the hotel. The hotel itself was a bit outdated, but reasonable for the price and convenient location.

Some Problems Met as a Tourist But Im Still Happy
The building signage says Diamond Bangkok HOTEL, so remember that when talking to your taxi or Grab driver. But accommodation and services are generally designed more for apartment dwellers than for hotel stays. FrontDesk staff generally don't speak English, but you could get by though through gestures and broken English. My experience is that I wasn't able to have Laundry service because of language barriers. If you're a tourist/traveler, you also need to inform Front Desk EVERY DAY if you want housekeeping service (although I'm not sure if they mean you can inform them once for EVERYDAY cleaning, but I just have to make sure so I just inform them each day since I go out 10AMs anyway). Check your room before staying. I didn't feel secure at first because the lock on my balcony doesn't work and the main door's lock seem to detach from the door frame. Fortunately, I was able to talk to the maintenance guy who just tightens the screws tightly. Unfortunately, everytime I come home, I always discover the housekeeping always keep balcony door unlocked. Though I don't have my valuables in the open (there is also security safe in the room), the unlocked balcony door made me feel very anxious. On the positive side, the room is really spacious. I had room with twin beds. You also pass through a backdoor with your own entrycard when you enter the building, which is a plus for me in terms of Privacy. Local food vendors abound in the area, but there are no English signs. 7-11 is Love.

Плюсы: отличная доступность до основного аэропорта, круглосуточный магазин в одном здании, до каосан роуд и дворцов 10мин на автрбусе, рядом с торговыми центрами. Минусы: слышимость очень высокая(выспаться невозможно, если на этаже китайцы или местные. Разговаривают и кричат громко), комнаты подгулявшие. В целом, за такую стоимость и расположение, стоит выбрать. Но будьте готовы, трёшкой и даже девушкой там не пахнет=)

C’est un hôtel assez vieux, la propreté laise a désiré et honnêtement je suis pas très regardant mais les mini cafards ou mini blates qui se balade dans la chambre c’est pas top... même si c’est 1 ou 2 de temps en temps ya des limites sa reste un hôtel ! L’accueil était par contre parfaite on doit arriver a partir de 14h mais la chambre nous a été donné a 9h du matin sans problème et avec le sourire. Les environs très bien a 500 metre du bts a 1 station de phaya thai pour partir directement a l’aeroport en métro aérien (d’ou notre choix pour cette hôtel) 7/11 au pied de l’Hôtel et pas mal de street food à côté aussi. Si vous n’êtes pas très maniaque sa peut le faire ! Si vous avez une peur bleu des insectes regardez un autre hôtel...

It was in a good location, being a Muslim it was easy to find halal food and the staff were quite nice. Mattresses can be replaced but overall it was comfortable and ideal for those who just want a place to sleep. We were out most of the day. I’d go back again :)

Situation de l'hôtel intéressante, assez proche des métros et skytrain (vers l'aéroport). Tres correct au niveau de la propreté et des équipements. Le personnel est d'un abord plutôt réservé, mais répond à toutes vos demandes avec empressement et professionnalisme. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Hotel has a nice location, not too far from BTS station ratchathewi. Water pressure in the shower wasn't so good. Cleaning in the room was okay. Not the best. Staff was nice and I checked In about 12pm.

I don't think they ever clean the room. The bed sheet smelled like sweets. The shower floor looked dirty and the closet was dirty too: and the worse thing is that the cleaning person forgot to clean our room during of two days stay there.

I know this was a very economical hotel, but I be stayed in less priced ones with 10x the quality. The beds feel like they are 20yrs old. My back killed me every morning. When you turn on the shower you can smell sewage which was disgusting. I had to buy air freshners. The AC only had one setting really cold. Which is a plus you think but it hovered over the bed so I was either too cold or when I turned it off it was way too hot. They need better TV in the rooms! I am sure they are the same age as the beds. The only plus I can think of it was close to everything.

acceptable with value for money stay
Good location, but it is by far the most strategically placed hotel in Bangkok but on certain period. The staff (at my check-in time) is not helpful enough, especially I have a booking from on-line website, there are many ways to search for the booking information. they have just checked pass on the booking ID, instead of guest name or chec-in date and check-out date. we were really disappointed with the hotel when they rejected our check-in. We had to go out for lunch, and get back to the hotel. fortunately, they allowed us to check-in.
