After reading your review, may I express how truly sorry I am for the inconveniences you faced regarding the loud music. Our resort rooms use double glass sliding balcony doors and we recommend that guests keep these doors closed at night to reduce the noise from outside events. However, it seems that in this case, the doors were unable to keep the music out. I’ll have a chat with my team to see if there is anything else we can do to keep noise to a minimum.
