the cons: checking in seems to have some missed information between expedia and the hotel, date and room details were claimed not provided accurately. Then the staff asked if I paying in cash or credit card while I had already fully paid the booking months ago. [I hope both sides can improve on this to prevent similar cases]
toilet seat cover was found broken (totally detached) when I first got into the room. Somehow, I did not voice this out during the stay, however I expect the cleaner to report it but it was not (it was still not fix when I check out).
other than this, room is ok. [I hope the hotel can take the initiative to check and get their staff to report faulty facilities and get those fixed proactively for better hotel guests experience]
the pros: the hotel located in a small lane nearby the Pratunam market, easy to find foods, 7-11 is just opposite.
wifi not too bad, was quite fast although a bit unstable.
