worth of it
it is located near baiyok sky tower, so that easy to find out. Around hotel, it is in the market so a little bit noisy. Overall, it worths of money wifi is good in the room.

The hotel is dirty and run down. I was given a room on the top floor where there is no lift access, you need to climb a narrow stair to reach the top floor. There are stains on the walls that are not cleaned off in the room. The pillow cover is stained when we checked in, the sink is still dirty. We are given 2 similar room when we requested for a change or a room with a better condition. I reached out expedia for help but was not able to get any, as they say this hotel does not do refund and I was stuck in this hotel even when I am a gold member. Do take note when you book this hotel and expedia does not do anything to help, they side the hotel over thier customer.

靠近，购物方便，工作人员NICE，只是房间....
我是和妈妈和姐姐选择3人房间，4天3夜..一进到酒店就有印度的感觉全是SIGH的那种人来的，看个人介不介意罢了...酒店位于小巷，是停不了车的地方...上下车都要很快，不然就是司机会不等然后过隆了...因为后面全是车！ 房间是QUEEN SIZE床+SINGLE单人床，厕所很大，没有外景...只是偶尔会有看到和打死小蟑螂！床单有肮脏...我姐还得了风靡...一直抓痒！房卡只有1张而已！ 酒店有lift还OK！进出酒店都有人会开门给你还OK！靠近和方便购物而已！出来7-11就有2间了！走路10min可以到达PLATINUM FASHION MALL...不会再来住罢了...

Huge changes!
I stayed in this same hotel last year it was pretty new then so room n hotel was clean. I visited Bangkok again this year n decided to stay in the same hotel but was in total shock. Room wasn't clean thoroughly enough, the bedsheets n pillow-sheets has yellow stains on them.. There were even cockroaches in the room! Hotel no longer provides tissue papers, they decided to substitute it with toilet papers! Really disappointed.

Stay only if you are desperate.
Room was extremely dirty. Had cockroach infestation every time we return to the room. It was crawling on walls, tables, bathroom, etc. Was also bitten by bed bugs.

I will never stay in this hotel again
I'm very disappointed with the services from the staffs firstly the hotel's heater isn't working and we have to shower with cold water for the two days. when we ask them to service the heater they say no worker working during weekends.. And there are many tiny cockroaches in the room Secondly the safe box is very faulty we have to keep calling the staffs to help Thirdly the access card is faulty. Lastly the location is hard to find none of the taxi is able to find the location . I will never come to this hotel ever again .

Hard to find,but great location once finally found
Most taxis have no clue how to get here. Once ours gave up and asked us to look around, it took us around 15 minutes, and we found out only because another tourist happened to be staying there as well. The hotel is small and the staff is friendly. The room had tiny roaches and very hard beds. But for the price we paid, and considering the proximity to major shopping malls, I think it was a good value.

Chambre très sale, murs abîmes, cafard, porte sale de bain et rideau de douche répugnant. Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel. Je leur demandé de changé de chambre, ils m'ont dis que s'était la chambre réservé pour les réservation en ligne et si on voulait changé, il fallait payé 500 THB (13€) par nuit en supplémentaire. Je viens souvent à Bangkok pour affaire, c'est bien la dernière que je prend cet hôtel.

The hotel was in the perfect location for shopping in the day/night markets. You just step out of the hotel and the markets are right outside

Avoid at all cost . Bad experience
So I arrived at the hotel . The staff did not receive my booking . I had to forward the booking confirmation. The staff were so unprofessional. Took over 20 minutes to check in . Room was old and poor quality. Checking out took a long time also .. This hotel is over priced and is ran by people who have no coustomer service .

ホテルのロケーションがとても面白かったです。 問屋街で一日中にぎやかで、現地の活気がすごかったです。 夜中もうるさいですが、酔っ払ってすぐ寝てしまうので苦にならなかったです。 日本人宿泊者はほぼいなかったですが、ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーでいい人たちでした。 もちろん日本語は通じませんが。 残念なところはホテル前の道が狭すぎて車がホテル前にとめれないところ。 シャワーの温度がギリギリ温水。

For meg var det viktig aa finne ett hotel med god standard, som ligger sentralt og god kommunikasjon til internasjonal flyplass uten aa bruke drosje, og det oppfyllte dette hotell. Kun 5 minutt aa gaa til stasjon AIR RAIL LINK til flyplass (BKK). Tog tar 30 minutter. Hotell har god service, romene er fint og rent. Hotell ligger i en liten side gate uten bil traffik.

Excellent hotel,, Very helpful staff. Location is a question mark, it depends what you want and where you want to be, we wanted a good bar and could not find one anywhere close............................ plenty of eating houses / restaurants in the location just no bars.

First time staying in this hotel. I have been visiting Bangkok every year and my priority is that the hotel that i chose to stay must be really close to the Maedah Islamic restaurant that I patronize - true enough this hotel is barely 2 mins away from the restaurant! Will stay at this hotel again nx yr!

Extremely disapointing
This was the biggest disappointment of my life. The staff didn't have my prepaid booking and had messed up totally. They where rude and incompetent from the beginning. They finally put us in a smaller room than we had paid for. When we later took a look at the surroundings we found out that this didn't look anything as the hotel we had been booking at hotels.com. We also found several other guests that were very angry with the treatment and the hotel facilities. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone I like...

Rude and impolite in a threatening area !
The staff is impolite and rude. When entry the place you ask your self how come I ended up here when I've tried to stay out of trouble my whole trip.The hotel looks nothing like in the pictures. It's located in a small back alley which seems to be a Indian mobster hangaround place.

the cons: checking in seems to have some missed information between expedia and the hotel, date and room details were claimed not provided accurately. Then the staff asked if I paying in cash or credit card while I had already fully paid the booking months ago. [I hope both sides can improve on this to prevent similar cases] toilet seat cover was found broken (totally detached) when I first got into the room. Somehow, I did not voice this out during the stay, however I expect the cleaner to report it but it was not (it was still not fix when I check out). other than this, room is ok. [I hope the hotel can take the initiative to check and get their staff to report faulty facilities and get those fixed proactively for better hotel guests experience] the pros: the hotel located in a small lane nearby the Pratunam market, easy to find foods, 7-11 is just opposite. wifi not too bad, was quite fast although a bit unstable.

Tout d abord cet hôtel est très difficile à trouver car il est caché dans une impasse couverte.le personnel est sympathique mais attention l hôtel ne fait pas les petits déjeuners et ne envoie à l extérieur en nous promettant de nous rembourser mais avec un forfait dérisoire ( deux dollars pour 6 petits déjeuners Attention : le quartier est très vivant et bruyant .cela en fait son charme mais l hôtel est bien insonorisé

Near pratunum market
Near pratumum market, can eat and shop from morning till night. Cheap and yummy street foods all around. The hotel is noisy at night with loud-drinking-indians throughout the night. Can hardly sleep well although very tired from the day out. On our last night, there is even drilling work above our room that last for an hour. Hotel staff are generally polite, unfortunately when we tell them that we did not have our towels, they did not believe until they perform a room check. We were asked to pay for an extra night when they are the one who make a mistake in the administration work. We were locked-out of our room until they confirm that we did make the full payment. The stay has made our bangkok trip rather unpleasant.

TOILET CHOKE, WAS TOLD THAT IM NOT SUPPOSE TO FLUSH A SINGLE PIECE OF TOILET PAPER INTO TOILET BOWL. ROOM HAS BED BUGS. SHOWER HEAD WITH SLOW/SMALL WATER. ABLE TO CHANGE ROOM ON 2ND DAY. GOOD LOCATION, JUST FEW MINS WALK TO PRATUNAM MARKET.

仕事で滞在するにはマーケットが近いし屋台も多くて便利。 ホテルの従業員がスリランカ人で、インド人、スリランカ人率高かったです。 でも皆気さくに話しかけてくれて楽しかったです。 お湯も暖かく水量も問題なしでした。 ただ水道管が詰まっているのか流れが悪かったです。

Good Hotel, Shady location
Stay there was very satisfying, Location is difficult to reach or even explain, so you might need to get down at baiyoke tower and walk. Rooms are smaller than one might expect but quite reasonable. Breakfast requires extra payment, and isnt worth it imo, since many day trips start before that. Indian owner/staff if that helps anyone, along with decent Indian restaurants just nearby. Location otherwise is pretty dingy, and be ready for lots of touts trying to get you to eat at their restaurants, etc.

This establishment should not call itself a hotel, but a hostel would be more appropriate. The Euro Luxury should also be named Euro Modest to represent the establishment that is located in small alley of busy Pratunam market. This place is suitable for small merchant buying goods in the nearby market looking for a modest place to stay.
