The hotel staff were amazing! Won was the BEST! Despite the flooding on the street (which wasn't their fault), the hotel is pretty nice. It was great to have a restaurant in the building and it was yummy! We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the massage place next door was convenient! Other than being far away from downtown and the Thailand life, it's near the airport and that made it convenient having to be at the airport really early on our way out.

Very convenient location to airport. Room was clean & well supplied. Because of the flooding the water was deep on the road next to the hotel and the staff was very unhelpful in how to navigate getting out. They seemed too busy to care. Then they also wanted to charge me for a drink from the room that I did not drink. To their credit the lady backed off when I insisted that I did not drink anything.

Quick check in, very nice staff, clean room and bathroom with amenities such as toothbrush and cotton bud. We had a twin room with road side. Even if we hear the sound of cars, we had a great stay at the property which is not very far from the airport (10-15min) be careful with heavy traffic as duration can really change Many thanks!
