Good hotel: beautiful, with big and clean room and a swimming pool on terrace, Polite and good worker. Fun and usable tuck tuck for the main road (included in the room fee).

We have stayed here many times and still love it. Lots of restaurants around, transportation in taxis, tuck tucks and BTS within walking distance. The staff are amazing, remember you from previous visits. Will definitely return.

Nice hotel, if it was only in a better location. Staff are very helpful in providing transport services or you can walk 10 minutes or so. Clean hotel stay in a quieter area. Nice clean rooms. Ok, for the price.

I stayed here for 1 night on 30th november 2023. Overall the property was good.. cleanliness, location, air con and amenities were upto the mark. But i would give excellent rating for service of the staff. The staff were very kind and helpful especially miss "A" she has been very helpful and cooperative while our stay🙂

Where are the parasols in the lead photos !!

This hotel was very clean, the rooms adequate, location good with a tuk tik service to the BTS most days! The part that is a missed opportunity is the rooftop swimming pool area. It could be wonderful and indeed looks this in the accompanying photos with red parasols for shade! Sadly there are no parasols and the roof top bar area is not manned and is disserted! For very little money and effort this hotel could be so much more - torn wallpaper and general freshness and a few parasols could be easily resolved making it more like its former self! Very good value for Money but is missold by the photos!

Fairly basic hotel, with large rooms furnished and fitted in a sort of 90s minimalist style. The rooms feel terribly outdated and have a stark, soulless quality about them. I found my double room very depressing. The hotel's location doesn't help. It is situated down the end of a long street off Sukhumvit Road, about 10 minutes walk from the main drag. The street, like the hotel, has lost its Mojo. I received a very luke-warm welcome on arrival at the hotel and when I asked about breakfast I was told very abruptly "No Breakfast". On the positive side, the shower was very good, with hot water and a strong flow. This place just made me feel miserable so I checked-out after the first of two nights I had booked.

Disappointing Accommodations and Unacceptable Customer Service My room was dated and subpar, with broken or chipped furnishings/flooring and a very uncomfortable bed. I informed the front desk about the bed, but the overall accommodations were disappointing enough that, despite booking a full week, I chose to leave after just one night and I appreciated receiving a full refund for the remaining days. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was even more disturbing than the condition of the room. When I politely asked the hotel attendant for his name or identifying information so I could follow up with Expedia if any issues arose with my refund, he became defensive and belligerent, told me to contact Expedia. When I repeated my request for his information, the attendant threatened to call the police, and told me to “go back to your country.” This behavior was completely unprovoked and unacceptable. I felt disrespected and experienced the interaction as racist and discriminatory. I felt unsafe as a solo female foreign traveler. Initially, I would not have recommended this hotel because of the accommodations alone. After this experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternatives. Poor accommodations can be disappointing, but disrespectful and discriminatory treatment of a guest is completely unacceptable.
