Great location in ThongLor and walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and wellness places. Rooftop pool is impressive but water can be cold due to the wind and it took 20mins for my luggage to be delivered after check in, thus would recommend just taking yours along with you. Other than that, an aesthetic and calm place to stay amidst the city

The hotel is very new and has a wonderful design. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. As it was my birthday, the room was furnished with birthday balloons and a birthday pancake was presented to me at breakfast.

The Intercontinental in Bangkok was beautiful! From the start of the greet! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also amazing! The best part was the infinity pool connecting to the gym, phenomenal!

Hotel is lovely, staff are excellent. Bar at the top of the hotel is stunning. Unfortunately, Hotels.com let us down as we are a family of 4, x2 adults, x2 children (15 & 11 years). The room was not big enough for 4 people and the bed certainly was not. The hotel told us the room is only for 2 adults, and that hotels.com have mis-sold. It meant the holiday was bitter-sweet.
