All the staff in the hotel were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was kept clean all the time. And the hotels was centrally located at the heart of town where all the major shopping malls are. From the high end to the night bazaars and weekend shopping markets where you can find great bargains. Restaurants and massage places are all over town as well.

Great location a short walk from the BTS a Siam Paragon. Hotel its self is outdated and looks worse in person than in the pictures. But overall still a good deal and still a good bed. TV has Netflix so you can cozy up. Breakfast is good not the best but not the worst.

I’m looking forward to staying at Novotel Siam Square again on 28 May. Last time, I stayed in a corner deluxe room and really enjoyed the extra space, natural light, and city views. I hope I can get the same type of room again, preferably on a high floor for an even better view. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Siam, close to shopping, dining, and public transit. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and the stay very enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Siam Square for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a central Bangkok experience.
