Great location. The desk guy, Tor were super helpful and very knowledgeable around the area. Recommended good place where to grab something to eat late at night. Housekeeper were always there to attend your need. Nice night view from the rooftop bar. The Bangkok skyline from the pool is 10/10. Will stay here again.

Very low standard 5 star. Price is good for club lounge facilities but I guess you get what you pay for. Standard of food and drink mediocre at best. Rooms very standard nothing special but beds comfortable and good size. While we visited the actual lounge was closed and make shift lounge set up in breakfast area on level 2. Didn’t use the Spa facilities as so overpriced for Bangkok. Less than 20 meters from hotel I had a 90 min massage at 1/6th of the price. To summarise the staff are very nice, the hotel is showing its age and food option are very limited. Price ok for stay at “5 Star”

Nice 5 star hotel in central Silom. The view from room was amazing, room 1203 but the rooms pretty old & outdated. Did not try the breakfast. Beautiful rooftop & restaurant at 37 floor. Amazing view from also rooftop. Highly recommend.
